Terms and Conditions
Prices and deliverables:
The basis of business is represented by our respective valid offers. Offers include deliverables and price and will be designed according to individual customer requirements.
The currently valid expence rates are:
- Travel expenses (travel by car): € 0,90/km
- Other expenses: according to actual expenses
* For planning, design, preparation and delivery of trainings and workshops.
Orders and order confirmation:
The order is placed by confirmation of our offer. After placinhg your order, you will receive a written order confirmation from us; training location and training dates will then be mutually defined.
Invoicing and due date:
All prices quoted due not include VAT. Invoices are issued monthly and are due 14 days after receipt without deduction. We reserve the right to charge the legal reminder and collection fees in case of late payment. Expenses incurred for transfers from abroad shall be borne by the invoice recipient.
Cancellations and postponements:
Lectures, trainings and consulting services must be planned on a long-term basis. We therefore ask you to notify us in good time of any postponements or cancellations in the interest of both parties. Cancellations or postponements must be sent to Plienegger & Partner KG in writing by mail or email without exception.
Cancellation fee:
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the scheduled date.
For cancellations 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the scheduled date, we charge 40% of the training fee.
2 weeks to 1 week before the scheduled date we charge 60% of the training fee.
In case of cancellation by the customer less than 1 week before the scheduled date, we unfortunately have to charge 75% of the training fee.
Cancellation fees incurred by third parties for Plienegger & Partner KG in case of cancellation of events by the customer (esp. flight and hotel cancellations) will be charged directly. The corresponding proofs will be attached to the invoice.
In the event of a course cancellation by Plienegger & Partner KG due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (such as accident, illness, etc. of the course instructor), the liability of Plienegger & Partner KG for course participants who have already arrived is limited to a one-time compensation for expenses in the lump sum amount of € 40,- per person. Any further claims are excluded. Of course, the course will be held at another date.
We reserve the right to change location or trainer if this is possible due to the nature of the service.
Reference/testimonial:
Plienegger & Partner is allowed to list the name of the customer in the customer list on the homepage (www.plieneggerpartner.at) after signing the contract. Upon request of the client, a link to the client’s homepage will be provided. Further descriptions of the project, press releases or reference reports on the homepage or in other documents require the explicit consent of the client.

The documents used in the course of our seminars are the intellectual property of Plienegger & Partner KG. We reserve all rights, including those of translation, reprinting and reproduction of the training documents or parts thereof. The training documents are available exclusively to those persons who have participated in the event. Any distribution or use of this material beyond this is subject to our written permission.
Jurisdiction:
For all disputes arising from the order and its execution, the competent court in Vienna is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. By accepting our offer, the customer fully agrees to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing without exception.
General:
The customer agrees that his/her data may be recorded electronically by Plienegger & Partner KG and used for sending course information by Plienegger & Partner KG.
